If you’ve received a damaged, incorrect, or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mincollection.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll review the case and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

🔁 Conditions for Return

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing (please refer to our size guide before purchasing).
